About the OUTDOOR ART club

The Outdoor Art Club is a nonprofit organization which was formed in 1902. Our corporate purpose is "To preserve the natural scenery of Mill Valley and the surrounding country, to beautify the grounds around public buildings, to work against the wanton destruction of birds and game, to encourage the development of outdoor art and to engage in other civic, literary and charitable work."
Proceeds from the garden tour benefit the charitable community outreach of The Outdoor Art Club and the preservation of its historic landmark building in downtown Mill Valley. Since 1994, the Outdoor Art Club has donated nearly $800,000 to community nonprofit organizations and projects.  Below are organizations that have received grants since 2010.
